"I have the pleasure of sitting and gazing at the world outside my windows as well as the pleasure of immersing myself in everything this city has to offer."

Views from Gateway Towers

When people come to Gateway Towers for the first time, they always say the same thing: "WOW!"

No other residence in downtown Pittsburgh offers such spectacular views in all directions. You'll see

green grass, flowering shrubs, bright annuals, mature trees in our "back yard" . . .

a blue-sky view of Mount Washington . . .

the Great Lawn of Point State Park - fondly thought of by GT residents as "our front yard" . . .

and "Gateway Towers" from an earlier perspective when the land upon which the building now rises was part of the "King's Gardens" at Fort Pitt, constructed in 1758. The gardens are visible at the top of the painting, somewhat to the right of center and along the Allegheny River. The painting is by Richard Schlecht and used by permission of the Fort Pitt Museum.

Pittsburgh's rivers, its bridges, and the heart of its downtown.

All of this and more is yours when you live at Gateway Towers.

Picture yourself: out for a casual stroll around the Gateway Center Plaza, a purposeful stride taking you to work or shopping, a brisk power walk along the river front . . .

with a pause to take in the current festival or celebratory event on your way back home.
